ILT, INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND THEOLOGY

The world is ever changing and so are the methods. If we are to reach the world with the Gospel, our leaders need to be trained to overcome the challenges they will face. Effective leaders need effective training. The ILT seeks to train and equip those men and women that will move to plant churches throughout Latin America and the world.

At the present moment, almost 400 students are enrolled. Next year, we are expecting 600 active leaders enrolled. Many of our leaders are peasants or factory workers who barely meet their basic needs.

We are seeking sponsorship for some of the leaders who cannot afford the cost. With a gift of $50, one of these leaders can take a three-month course.
