Are You Up To The Challenge?
God has appointed a mission for you. For Joshua, right after Moses's death, this challenge was to be strong and courageous, to meditate day and night on the word of the Lord, and to do everything God told him! What a challenge.

For you and me today, the challenge is a different one. We are not called to go and win the land by force. Instead we are called to love and show the love of God to others, to announce the Good News, and to be the hands, the arms, the purse of the Lord.

In 2008 Great Commission Latin America wants to provide opportunities for you to bring the kingdom of God closer to people in need. This may include poor orphans, AIDS-ravaged families, youth at risk in large cities, or working professionals. It will require your time, your resources, and your passion.

Are you up for the challenge? Please review the list of opportunities for 2008, talk to your group leader, your pastor, friends and even relatives, and take the opportunity to be a part of God’s work in people’s lives in Latin America.
